Frequently asked questions about buying through Brolly Realty
What does a real estate channel partner do?
A channel partner is authorised by developers to market their projects and is paid by the developer when a sale completes. Brolly Realty works with several developers at once, so we can shortlist and compare projects across Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kollur and Mokila for you, arrange accompanied site visits and support you through booking, while the developer remains the seller.
Do I pay Brolly Realty a fee?
No. Buyers pay nothing to Brolly Realty. Our fee comes from the developer, and the price you pay is the developer's listed price for that unit. We will say so in writing if you ask.
Which areas of Hyderabad does Brolly Realty cover?
We currently list projects in five West Hyderabad neighbourhoods: Kokapet and Narsingi beside the Financial District, Tellapur and Kollur on the Outer Ring Road, and Mokila for villas. Each has its own guide on our Locations page.
How do I book a site visit?
Call or WhatsApp +91 70360 44555, or send the enquiry form on our Contact page. We confirm the time by phone, a member of our team accompanies you at the project, and we can plan two or three visits in one trip. We are available Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.
Are the projects RERA registered?
We share each project's TS RERA registration number on request and before any booking, so you can verify it on the Telangana RERA portal at rera.telangana.gov.in. Where a project is pre-launch and not yet registered, we tell you that clearly.
Can NRIs buy a home through Brolly Realty?
Yes. Non-resident Indians can buy residential property in India. We arrange video walkthroughs, share price sheets and documents digitally, and coordinate with the developer's team so a family member or representative can complete the site visit and paperwork on your behalf.
